Fluid postures combined with gentle breathing and relaxed intention promote increased energy, strength, flexibility, balance and have a beneficial influence on many physical, mental and spiritual issues.
These short forms lay a firm foundation for exploration of all of the other Taiji and Qigong styles and practices. The form is a continuous flowing - slow and even movement with steady concentration. The goal is to be relaxed yet fully alert. The fluid easy movement creates a clear mind with increased agility and strength of body.
